DTE Energy Offers Free Energy Efficiency Seminars


DETROIT, March 6 /PRNewswire/ -- DTE Energy will hold a series of free energy efficiency seminars at several locations around the Detroit metro area to help consumers learn simple and practical ways to reduce their energy costs.

The seminars will cover a wide range of topics including home insulation, energy efficient appliances, geothermal heating and cooling systems that can reduce energy bills by 40 to 70 percent, and information on the increasing role renewable energy will play in Michigan's future.

The seminars will offer plenty of opportunity for questions and answers and one-on-one discussions with local energy experts. Vendors of energy efficient products also will be on hand to talk about what's new in their respective industries, and door prizes will be available.
