DTE Energy recognized as ‘customer champion’ among top energy companies in 2017 national residential customer engagement study
DETROIT, Feb. 27, 2018 — DTE Energy, Michigan’s largest energy company, has been recognized as a leader in residential customer engagement among 130 of the largest natural gas and electric utilities in the nation.
As one of 49 energy companies across the United States to receive a top-quartile Engaged Customer Relationship (ECR) index score, DTE is designated as a Customer Champion for its relationship with customers, including brand trust, product experience and operational satisfaction.
